Background

Principal Anya Macleod runs Krikey Media + in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. She has a diverse background in communications, journalism, the performing arts and language education. Since 2006, she has worked mainly on multi-disciplinary project teams focused on sustainable development and land-use planning.

Anya is a Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) and a member of the Vancouver Island chapter of the Project Management Institute. She has an undergraduate degree in International Relations and education in language instruction and editing.

She has lived in five countries and speaks Spanish fluently and Polish badly. She is an avid cross-country runner, dedicated dog owner and a kook surfer.
