Process

Krikey Media implements a three-phase process in projects.

It is important before moving forward to know where you stand, and equally helpful to know how you got there. The preliminary phase is where a common body of knowledge is defined. This takes into account the past and present state of the company or project and its future vision, goals and targets.

The production or execution phase is where a realistic, achievable scope of work is defined and undertaken. Accountability, the ability to measure progress, and keeping an eye on the big picture are all key during execution.

The closing phase results in a summary of work completed in relation to budget, timelines and outcome, with recommendations for the future in the form of a ‘lessons learned‘ exercise.
